| This young bitch, born October 18,1998, walked into the show ring and finished by the time she was 8 months old. After finishing at such a young age, Sage then stayed home, grew up and had pups. Upon returning to the show ring in October 2000, Sage won multiple breeds, group placings, and a BISS at the Lenape Boston Terrier Club Specialty, all by the end of October, 2000! We decided to special Sage in 2001. She started off with a bang going BIS in Feb. Sadly in April she came down with Lyme's and had be pulled as a special. After resting for the summer we entered her in the Minuetman Boston Terrier Club Specialty in Sept and she took BISS. She finished the year with many more BOB's and group placings. We decided that it was best not to push her as a special as stress can flare up the Lyme's. In just 5 months of being specialed Sage still finished the year as #5 BT All-Breed ! |
